Day 3 - Schönbrunn Palace Tour

Schönnbrunn is a little ways away from the centre. It could be a long walk (about 45 minutes), or more easily accessible by public transit.

Our pass includes the Grand Tour of the palace with an audio guide, as well as access to the Privy Garden, the maze and labyrinth, the Orangery Garden, and the  viewing terrace of the Gloriette. We will take time to visit the Gloriette first, as it's a bit of a walk up the hill and away from the palace, and it is advisable to take care of this before the heat of the afternoon.

The Grand Tour of the palace will take you through the private and state apartments of the Emporer Franz Joseph and Empress Elizabeth and Maria Theresa. The tour takes about 60 minutes. The maze and the rest of the gardens can be short visits, or can be enjoyed for as long as you want.
