Day 6 - District V.

After breakfast, we'll make our way back towards the Market Hall. There are two places to visit here, one fairly quick and one that will take more of our time.

Metropolitan Ervin Szabó Library A spectacular library housed in a restored 19th-century palace. Entry costs about $8.

Hungarian National Museum Mainly history and archaeology, it has a variety of exhibitions, permanent and temporary. Entry costs around $15.

For the afternoon, we'll take a walking tour of the central area on the Pest side of the river. This is my favourite part of the city, but a guide will be able to give you more thorough information than I can! The tour will include a visit to Liberty Square, a walk along the Danube promenade, and entrance to St Stephen's Basilica.
